Genentech's employee commuting program, known popularly as gRide, is broadly recognized as one of the best and most comprehensive programs of its kind. The gRide program offers Genentech employees a range of flexible services and incentives to steer them toward more environmentally friendly commute modes such as carpooling, public transit, and bicycling.
